what a week!

This has been one hell of a week.I tarted bleeding on monday at work,was admitted to hosp.Scan show baby is fine,But placenta previa complete.I was gushing blood.was so scared.After 6 drips and 2 nights in hosp,I was released today,wednesday.Have a scan again on friday,to see whether or not to admit me for the remainder of this pregnancy.Starting steroid injection from 28 weeks ,to mature lungs,and hopefully she hangs in to at least 35,36 weeks.

I am missing my sons athletics day at school tomorrow.I feel horrible,like the worst mother!For now,we are hoping friday(23 weeks)brings good news that I can rest at home and not hosp. They see baby viable only from 26 weeks onward,so we needs prayers she cooks for as long as possible!
Best thing is,that my boss is a sweetheart,amd understand.I will do paperwork at home,and still get paid.

Paranoid

That is me.
The slightest pain,cramp,even sneezing.I worry.
We are 22 weeks this week.I know baby has like a 30% change,but not seen as viable,which,by the way, is stupid.

Kids started daycare/aftercare today,son goes to Gr R tomorrow.He is so excited!
We had no tears from my baby girl,which was great for mommy,I hate seeing them off while they are crying.

I have been feeling baby constantly now,even during the day when I sit at my desk.She is very Busy usually,but sometimes she goes quiet for a while,and me, off course,stress all over again....
I have most of the baby stuff,big things like Cot,travel system,some play-mats,lots of clothes.I need a cot mobile,a changing table(picking up this week),and small things like toiletries and bottles.I plan on breastfeeding,but going back to work soon after baby,so will be pumping for that reason....


I think we settled on a name.

Heartburn,ouch.

Holy Moses.

Heartburn like a mother.Have been chewing tablets like crazy.
Other than that,all is good.My kids felt the baby move last night.Oldest loved it,youngest wasn't sure what she was feeling.lol.
Sleep has become a bit more complicated,I tend to sleep on my back,as lying on my side,even with a preggy roll,feels uncomfy.
Only 4 odd months to go!!

Next appointment is at the end of the month.Looking forward to seeing how much she has grown.
Hubby and the kids are still on holiday.Enjoying last few days before my eldest starts grR,and youngest a new daycare closer to home.

Work is keeping me busy with lots of changes at the moment,but at least time flies that way.

Third time lucky

I can't believe we are almost at 21 weeks.

I am mommy of 2,a girl and a boy,with a little girl on the way.The best husband in the world.living the dream :)
This pregnancy has been a surprise,and one hell of a roller coaster ride, but we made it halfway.

My other 2 pregnancies were easy.
S was born a week late, at 4.4 kg natural birth.NO PAIN MEDS!!

M was born 2 days late via section, the lady was breech, 3.9kg
I hated having a c-section.

This one ( no name yet) we found out 2 weeks after S's birthday,which put me at almost 9 weeks.
I was jumping on the jumping castle,having a drink when entertaining, and just enjoying life.
I started bleeding at 14 weeks, again at 16 weeks and was told placenta previa.Low amniotic fluid and open cervix.
Bedrest for a week,and all was fine.
All was still fine last week,so hoping it stays that way.Placenta has started to move up a bit,and baby girl was 319grams.
I have had 2 miscarriages,so this has been a scary pregnancy.

I hope to blog every week if not more,about pregnancy,birth and raising a family.
